Contrary to popular belief, real estate agents can’t be all things to all people. It is impossible for one person to be the expert in every neighborhood and every type of property in all price ranges. I believe that I am hired for my expertise and that I should serve my clients with that expertise. YOU, the real estate buying and selling public, do not have the responsibility or obligation to further my education or to be used as a guinea pig just so that I get a paycheck. Therefore, I feel strongly that I should be up front with potential clients about my strengths and experience. While I feel that I am an exceptional real estate broker even in areas where I am not the “expert”, I think it’s only fair that YOU have all the information you need to make a hiring decision.
Northern Colorado Neighborhoods–$500,000+ Price Range
I know the neighborhoods in Northern Colorado that fall in the $500,000 price range and above in the following cities: Fort Collins, Windsor, Loveland, Berthoud, Niwot, Timnath, and Longmont. When you hire me, you hire local expertise.
New Construction
I have purchased a new construction home myself, have manned a sales office for a new $300,000+ neighborhood in Loveland, and am able to assist my clients in buying their new home—either a primary residence or investment properties.
Investment Property—Rentals
I own rental property and have worked with many investor clients looking for long-term income-producing rentals. I also assist individuals who want to incorporate real estate into their investment portfolio for future college expenses for their children and/or grandchildren.
Investment Property—Fix and Retail
There are still some opportunities out there for those investors who are interested in fixing and then retailing properties. I do run into good opportunities from time to time and need a handful of strong investors to call when this happens. I am competent to evaluate the profit potential with you since I’ve done this type of investing myself and have assisted a group of investor clients to do the same. I’m familiar with the costs associated with renovating homes and can help you determine the most marketable improvements to make.
